Staff Profile: George Jermy is the founder and Director at FC Malaga City having started the Academy back in 2013 after a successful playing career that saw him play professionally in England, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand. With a passion for providing undiscovered players with the opportunity to excel in a full-time professional environment, George has been at the front of the helm since our inception.

Staff Profile: Amelia Jermy is the president of FC Malaga City´s Academy and oversees the delivery of our programs on a daily basis. Having held multiple roles within the club Amelia is passionate about pursuing excellence and continues to drive positive change as we enter a key phase in the FCMC history books.

Interesting Fact: George enjoyed a successful professional playing career in England, Spain, Australia and New Zealand before making the recent transition to coaching where he is currently undertaking his UEFA Pro License.

Interesting Fact: Samer Linares is one of the most exciting young coaches within our club structure having guided CD Almuñecar City to promotion to División de Honor during the 2021/22 season and a top 5 finish during the following campaign.

ADRIAN DOMINGUEZ

Interesting Fact: Adrian Dominguez is one of the long-standing staff members here at FC Malaga City alongside Alvaro Arias and George Jermy. During the past 10 years, Adrian has enjoyed an abundance of success, which led him lead to Adrian leading our senior team in their first ever season in the Tercera Division.

Interesting Fact: Paco Martin is a highly experienced member of the FCMC Coaching Staff, currently leading our U17 Academy Side. A coach and a resident of our hometown of Almunecar who is a great asset to our coaching staff.

Interesting Fact: Alvaro Arias is one of the founding members of FC Malaga City alongside George Jermy and Adrian Dominguez and one of the most respected and valued members of our staff. Alvaro holds a dual role as our Academy Coordinator and U19 Head Coach.

Interesting Fact: Liam Bickett is an extremely exciting young coach within our club structure, having grown up in the professional youth system in the UK and also featuring in the prestigious Nike Academy. A coach with a long and successful career ahead of him.
